Terms of Service

stagebandly (stagebandly.com) is a web app for musicians and mixing engineers: upload versions of a mix, invite collaborators, collect timestamped comments, and A/B compare versions. It is operated by TONEFORM Studio Karol Masternak, ul. Zamknięta 10/1.5, 30-554 Kraków, Poland — NIP 6783226082, REGON 541476057 (toneformstudio.km@gmail.com). By creating an account or using stagebandly, you agree to these Terms.

You need an account to use stagebandly, created via Google sign-in or email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.

You keep full ownership of the audio you upload and the comments you write. By uploading content, you grant stagebandly a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the service — that means showing it to people you or a project owner have explicitly granted access to. We do not publish, publicly stream, or otherwise share your content with anyone outside a project without your say-so.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to any audio you upload (e.g. you own it, made it, or have permission to share it with your collaborators). Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, or that is illegal, infringing, or otherwise violates someone else's rights.

Use stagebandly only for its intended purpose: sharing and reviewing music mixes with people you invite. Don't use it to distribute malware, attempt to access accounts or projects you don't have permission for, abuse the notification/email system, or disrupt the service for others.

stagebandly is currently free to use. If that changes in the future, we will give notice before any paid plan applies to your account.

stagebandly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for losses caused by downtime, bugs, or data loss, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Keep your own backups of anything irreplaceable.

You can delete your own account at any time from /settings — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what happens to your content when you do. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify users through the app. Continuing to use stagebandly after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
